Welcome to danceSpirit

2011 Nutcracker - ALL JAZZ'D UP! December 17th & 18th, 2011

danceSpirit is the only studio in the Carson Valley that teaches DANCE EDUCATION THROUGH MOVEMENT. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to experience the fine art of DANCE. It is a family oriented studio whose focus is to offer a variety of positive classes for dancers of all ages and abilities in dance and theater. Our staff is professional in their technique and qualified in offering gentle correction and positive reinforcement to each dancer to help them become a more disciplined individual. danceSpirit offers classes in Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Hip-Hop, Leaps & Turns, Acrobat, Lyrical, Pre School Classes, Musical Theater, Adult Classes, Western Nevada College Classes and Stars Performance Dance Company competition and performance group. Classes are for boys, girls, men and women ages 3 to 103! Please come in and try a class for FREE!

Dress Codes & Requirements

Ballet - All full footed tights, pink/tan/black and solid color leotard. Ballet skirts encouraged and hair must be in a bun with bangs secured away from face. Jazz - Tight fitting dancewear and hair away from the face. No baggy clothes and no jewelry. Tap - Comfortable clothing or dancewear. Hair away from the face. No long pants and no jewelry. Acrobat - Must wear leotard and hair in a bun. Must wear cut off tights or bootie shorts. All other classes - If you are not sure what is appropriate, talk to the instructor.

ALL CELL PHONES MUST BE IN THE OFF POSITION DURING CLASSES!

Important Notice:

danceSpirit must have a 30 day written notice if you decide to terminate classes here. If this notice is not received, fees will continue to be added to your account of which you will be responsible. If not paid in full, accounts will be sent to collections after 90 days. This is especially important for the automatic withdrawal customers.There is a $10 late fee is cash or check fees are not paid in full by the 5th of each month.danceSpirit perfers you SAVE 5% each month when you sign up for automatic withdrawal!

ZUMBA FITNESS now at danceSpirit

Come join the Party! Wednesdays at 5:30pm and Tuesdays at 9:30am Zumba is the most fun you will ever have working out. Burn up to 1000 per hour class. Bring a friend and come join the fun. You dont have to know how to dance to enjoy Zumba!! Instructor is Amy Burdick, certified instructor from Reno offering first class FREE on Thursday, September 9th at 9:30 am and danceSpirit. Come in and learn how to shake your bootie latin style and tighten up those bodies!
